Come join us for an exciting and spectacular mountain walk experience to Keipen mountain in Harstad.

We start with a 20 minute drive from Harstad to the parking lot where our mountain walk begins. In wintertime we use snowshoes and poles.

‍

Here all our guests receive the necessary equipment and instructions before we start our hike. It takes 30 – 50 minutes to reach the top, 500 meters above sea level, depending if it is summer or winter.

‍

The view from this mountain is amazing. You have probably never seen anything like it. The guide tells stories about the surroundings during the breaks.

‍

A herd of 300 reindeer is on this mountain, and you will have a good chance to see them. Other wildlife like eagles and grouse are possible to see during the hike.

Our guests will receive a Keipen Mountain walks certificate as proof of this brave adventure.

Duration: 3-4 hours.

Level of difficulty: Easy to average.

Included: Transfer hotel to Aun/ Keipen Mountain, Guide, backpack for the walk, sandwiches, mineral water, hot drinks, snowshoes and poles/ winter, headlights/ winter time. Keipen certificate.
